The ESG regulations has substantially increased since the early 2000s. Companies are facing new challenges to measure, disclose and improve on ESG-related issues across three major aspects:

Governance : business ethics, management structure, board governance

We provide guidance on ESG-related data collection, data reporting and reporting framework development. In particular, we assist in drafting the content of ESG report base on HKEx ESG Reporting Guide and with reference to the GRI Sustainability Reporting Guidelines so as to ensure that the expectations of stakeholders are addressed.
