IT Support Officer / Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Provide IT helpdesk support services to users on network, software and application related issues

  • Troubleshoot IT problems which arises during normal operation

  • Co-ordinate and follow-up with the service providers to ensure that the IT problems that reported by the user departments are satisfactory resolved

  • Manage and maintain user accounts and permissions

  • Ensure that the daily procedural functions as per the assigned work schedules

  • Any other assignments that may request by management from time to time

 

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate in Information Technology or Undergraduate in any stream with Diploma in IT

  • CPA firm experience is preferable

  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Helpdesk Officer

Audit Associate / Senior Audit Associate

Job Duties :

  • Essential role of the audit teams and responsible for performing audit procedures throughout the engagement, including audit engagement for listed companies and private companies
  • Actively participate in the works assigned by engagement team within the scope of relevant audit standards and the Firm’s audit approach 
  • Travel to Mainland China for work-related purposes (e.g., client meetings, on-site audits) when required
  • Maintain good relationship with clients and be a good team player in the team

 

Requirements :

Senior Associate

  • Degree or Diploma in accountancy or equivalent
  • Qualified member of HKICPA or other relevant qualification is an advantage
  • Self-motivating and willing to confront seasonal work pressure
  • Experience in handling listed companies audit engagement is an advantage 
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience

 

Audit associate

  • Degree or Diploma in accountancy or equivalent
  • Student member of HKICPA or other relevant qualification is an advantage
  • Fresh graduates are welcome

Bookkeeper (External)

Responsibilities: 

  • Preparing of financial data entry into accounting system
  • Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions
  • Recording of debits and credits
  • Update and maintain the general ledger
  • Maintain the trial balance, by a reconciliation of general ledgers
  • Account reconciliation to assert the accuracy of transactions
  • Prepare financial statements
  • Handle bank reconciliation and management accounts
  • Handle phone and e-mail enquiries from clients
  • Assistance with ad-hoc projects and support as required

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in accounting related is preferred
  • At least 2 years’ experience in Accounting in CPA firm
  • Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact well with internal and external parties.
  • Detailed-minded, well-organized, able to prioritize and manage workload, able to work independently
  • Knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and accounting system (MYOB, QuickBook)
  • Able to handle multi-tasks under pressure and deadline
